She says the exercises are sometimes a bit of a drag but they get easier as you go along and they have really helped her. Gemma hasn't used her emergency inhaler since the course last year and now uses no medication at all.

Last summer she had to sit around watching her friends have all the fun. This year, she's riding ponies, swimming and running. She's absolutely fine and I've got my little girl back.
