Within 2 days my chest began to clear and I hardly dare to think I has found the solution to my problems. Within 6 weeks I found that I hardly needed any reliever and with the agreement of my G.P. started to reduce my preventer. What is more I started to enjoy my life again.
I am just now on a small dose of preventer and I am determined to get rid of that too.

It as not been easy and has required commitment, but now I am cleared of the asthma symptoms and back to country walking and I can't remember the last time I had to reach for the ventolin.

Still feeling fine and I have not taken any medication at all since March 2000.
