Gay Clarke (Derbyshire)

Three years ago I developed ME (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I had, for years, struggled with asthma, all the usual problems and a chronic racking cough that left me exhausted. I was at the end of my tether; none of the asthma medication worked very well and I was spending most of my time in bed unable to do anything because of the ME.

Almost a year later I watched QED on the subject of Buteyko. I decided to try it. After all, I thought I'd get my money back if it didn't work. To cut a long story short, I was amazed as I watched everyone in my class improve even in the first hour. I have taken no asthma medication since doing the course and apart from an occasional slight cough, have no problems whatsoever.
